Concept Drawings
These are the original concept drawings from August 2005. The concept and original design drawings came together very well and the final product reflected very few changes from the original drawings. More “in progress” photos can be viewed of the Stryker Pride Tribute - - a true recognition of Stryker soldiers and their families.

3D Modeling
After the final concept drawings were completed, it’s time for 3-D modeling.
Rapid Prototyped Parts
Now that the 3D computer modeling is done, it’s time to send all the individual parts drawings to rapid prototyping. Although the parts are created exactly from the 3D computer files they are far from perfect and require many hours of pain staking sanding and fitting so that all the parts match up perfectly. The pictures shown are the raw parts before detailing begins. Taking time with detailing these parts will pay off big when it comes to the next step, molding.
Painting and Assembly
More hours of sanding, detailing, glueing and painting are still ahead. Completion of fifty Strykers is near.
